Emmys 2021 Red Carpet Looks and Favorites

Last night the stars were out in Los Angeles to honor and celebrate the craft of television at the 2021 Emmy Awards Ceremony. The Sunday evening was lovely, offering a taste of the Hollywood we remember pre-pandemic. This marks the return to an in-person Emmy Award ceremony after the virtual show that took place last year. The Emmy’s red carpet parade began in the late afternoon as nominated actors, directors, and television showrunners arrived.

Ratings for the 73rd Prime Time Emmy Awards rose 16% from last year reversing the decline taking place in recent years. It seems this year the TV award show aired during a moment when Hollywood had America’s attention and we were all able to enjoy the gowns and accessories of the red carpet.

Dior Haute Couture Gowns Steal the Emmy’s Red Carpet Show

It seems the true star of the Emmys red carpet might have been Dior Haute Couture and the stylists’ preferred color of the night a bright yellow possibly in act as symbolic gesture to say goodbye to summer and welcome in the fall season.

Yara Sahidi in Dior Haute Couture

The rising star of Black-ish and Grown-ish arrived to the 2021 Emmys red carpet in a beautiful green gown designed by Dior Haute Couture signifying the classic beauty of Hollywood glamour.  There is something earthy and timeless about this look.

Kaley Cuoco in Vera Wang

Neon yellow was the bold choice of color  for Vera Wang and Kaley Cuoco as the Big Bang Theory star walked down the red carpet solo style and with her hair and subtle makeup somehow it just works.

Anya Taylor-Joy in Dior

Anya Taylor-Joy walked the red carpet in a yellow Dior dress designed by Taylor-Joy and reminiscent of the classic golden age of Hollywood era.
