The world’s most influential technology event is CES, taking place every year since 1967. Notably taking place in Las Vegas each January, due to the current COVID-19 shelter in place directives across the globe, the ultimate platform for technology leaders to connect, collaborate, and come together to propel consumer technology forward, 2021 CES will take place exclusively virtual Monday, January 11th through Thursday, January 14th, 2021. Registration will open on Dec. 1, 2020. January 11th will be dedicated to exclusive media-only access with the two remaining days focused on the main exhibitor showcase and conference programming. This year Consumer Technology Association’s all-digital 2021 CES event will be powered by Microsoft, tapped to provide solutions, support and the underlying cloud technologies connecting attendees and companies together for the major technology event. Earlier in October, Microsoft had 266,000 IT professionals from around the world for Microsoft Ignite virtual event.

This year, CES offers attendees of the completely online event front-row seat for the latest groundbreaking announcements and insights from the world’s tech leaders participating. Verizon Chairman and CEO Hans Vestberg will deliver the CES 2021 kickoff keynote address with a focus on 5G. Alongside Hans Vestberg will be General Motors Chairman and CEO Mary Barra, who is scheduled to present the opening keynote address. The President and CEO of AMD, the leading driver of innovation in high-performance computing, graphics and visualization technologies, Dr. Lisa Su is scheduled to participate as a Keynote at CES 2021.
